2) The geo-location is used by ad networks to display ads in a better way.
3) To save and delete the above mentioned fake random lists on the SD Card or external/USB storage so that you can prank your friends in better ways.
4) Network access permission is used to allow user to make online In App Purchases and by ad networks to display ads.
